Apartments are leased on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee or hold an apartment.
An apartment can be held for up to 14 days with an accepted application ,copy of renter's insurance, paid security deposit and a signed lease agreement.

If a pet is not registered before being on the property, tenant is subject to a $300 fine, per occurrence.
SHORT TERM LEASES
We offer short term leases at the following rates:
A three lease- 100% is added to both the security deposit and monthly rate and you must pay all three months rent upfront
A four to eleven month lease- 50% is added to both the security deposit and monthly rate
