We operate on a first come, first served basis. Units are held off the market (up to 14 days) only when all of the following four items have been completed: your application has been approved, your lease has been fully executed, security deposit has been paid & proof of renters' insurance has been shown. All vacancies are contingent upon the current resident(s) vacating the premises.
